Easy Free Returns for Items:

Sometimes mistakes happen. If you receive a defective item, or need different size or style, we apologize for the inconvenience. Here's how to get a quick resolution:

  1. Reach out within 30 days: Contact our friendly customer service team through our website chat or email us at info@curvafashion.com.
  2. Send photos or videos: To expedite the process, please include clear photos or videos showcasing the defect.
  3. Fast resolution: Once confirmed (usually within 1 business day), we'll issue a return label.

Non-Defective Returns:

We understand that shopping online can sometimes mean needing a different size or style. Here's what you need to know for these situations:

  • Cancellations: We're happy to cancel orders before they ship. Just let us know!
  • Return shipping: Free
  • Return window: You have 30 days from receiving your order to initiate a  return or exchange for non-defective items.
  • Refunds: We'll process your refund within 7 business days once we receive your returned items and confirm they meet our return policy criteria (unworn, unwashed, with tags and packaging intact). You can choose to receive your refund back to your Curva Fashion account or your original payment method (processing times may vary depending on your bank).

What can't be returned?

We can't accept returns for items marked as non-returnable or for complimentary items. Additionally, items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging attached.

Important Reminders:

  • Don't return to sender: The address on the package isn't our return address. Contact our customer service team for a return label to avoid delays.
  • Just Curva Fashion items: Please ensure your return package only contains Curva Fashion items. We cannot be responsible for non-Curva Fashion clothing returned in the same package.
